Front Jumping Jacks are a simple variation of the classic jumping jack. Instead of lifting the arms fully overhead, the arms rise in front of the body. This makes the drill useful for warming the shoulders, improving rhythm, and creating a slightly gentler start to a session.
Use it early in the warm-up to raise heart rate and prepare both the shoulders and lower body before more demanding conditioning work.
